At this point we were starting to learn a thing or two. A Pre-Kabrew scout trip with a small group to get a better handle of things occurred. The trip was cut from three days on the water down to two. We scrapped the idea of trying to drive up and paddling in the same day (never too early to rise after the pre-party). We paddled Dobson to Peterson, then Peterson to Low. Two smallish sections compared to the miles we had logged on the water in years past. We did not paddle after dark. We did not have trouble finding camp. All in all nothing significantly bad happened. It was a good trip, and the 1st Kabrew to go off without a major incident. As discovered during the scout trip, and confirmed on Kabrew 3; Peterson to Low is one of the better party stretches of river available to paddlers - anywhere. We had our first river boob, and only river snatch. Yes you heard that right, girl took the fast trip down the sand hill in her birthday suite. Unfortunately we had to endure her man who came down as well. Kabrew 3 was 7 Kabrewers strong.
